What is The Church?

I've been wondering just what is so important or supposedly stable about attending one church meeting on Sunday. I attend somewhere between 1 to 5 services a week on the internet, in person with simulcast, in person at a church facility with a preacher and in a home under a major ministry.

Still people want to know what church I go to. Really is it necessary to give a list? Are others more stable because they attend one service where I may attend 4 in one week?
Where are the true friendships in "fellowships"? Are people just happy to be religious? I hear words such as "my church" or "my ministry". What it's all about? Honestly, what about Jesus? Are so many content with singing a pretty song with the appearance of stability in the eyes of man? Where is the true calling? Where are the real friends in "The Family Of God"?

I pray for "The Church" because one day we may not have the pretty buildings to go to.
Instead if we are not, the church, then our religion will fade away. Our faith will not pass a trying test.

May you be strong in THE LORD and the power of HIS Might and may all else fade away. Who will dare to be a true friend to someone instead of pumping up egos by "ministering" at people?

Honestly, we are all on the the same boat. Let's give glory to God and be-friend one another.

Waiting everyday to see if you wrote me a letter.

The Same Man

This song brings me back to days of Messianic fellowship. I learned so much from an opportunity of learning about Ruth in the bible. About "The Feasts Of The Lord." It opened my eyes to the connection of the Old Testament to the New. He is the same man. Well, although this song talks about a human, I see it in the eyes of the bride of Christ to her husband. Thank you so much Rachel Loy for giving us your heart in the songs that you have written. It was a privilege to know you then, and to see your success now. To quote another song "I hope that life treats you kind." and that your knowledge and relationship with Jesus, Messiah grows into an amazing flower displayed for all to see. This is my prayer for all my readers and friends. So, be that shining light that pierces the darkness. You won't have to 'wait everyday to see if I wrote you a letter'. Just visit my page from time to time.

Karaoke ?! It's just for fun ;-)

There are lots of Karaoke participants globally. Often this activity is looked down upon by serious musicians. If we look at history, tho' much of what is looked down upon ends up in the mainstream. This is probably due more to marketing needs than anything else. Where a business can make profit, they will find a way to incorporate whatever it takes to provide "atmosphere" in a way that is free or cost effective to them. In some ways this makes the musician slave to the business owner. Whereas we might prefer, there to be an equal partnership; there is always one "partner" who gains above another. Perhaps this is dependent on what our focus or little "gods" are in our lives. Now take away the little "gods" and worship The Only True God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Now we have commonality. Now we have equal partnership with one another and full Honor to The Only One who deserves our undivided focus, our complete worship, and our continual praise. Now we're cooking with gas!
